I represented the youths of Edo South Senatorial District at the National Yout Parliament, ensuring that the voices of the Nigerian youths were heard regarding government policies that affect the youths directly. The parliament was instrumental to the enactment of the “Not Too Young to Run” bill by the National Assembly in 2018. I networked and built relationships with external professionals that were crucial to aiding and supporting young people. Attended and participated in meetings, conferences and conventions. Worked collaboratively with other parliamentary members to achieve our common goals.
Monitor and manage implementation of Agenda 2063 goals that relate to youths. Organize youth advocacy events across Africa.
